You can find photos I've taken and which I like on Unsplash. My wife introduced me to Unsplash because she is a website designer (though she didn't create this site and despairs at most of my design decisions), and finds many professional-quality photos that she uses for her clients' websites. Most photos on Unsplash are free, even for commercial use, so the site is worth a look.
